Accommodation & Rates
Enjoying an elevated, south-facing location, TwOceans Apartments has an enviable view overlooking Holberg Inlet and the mountains to the south, while being tucked in along the edge of dense rainforest.
All of our apartments are fully furnished, including a washer and dryer in each apartment. Pots, pans, towels, and bed linens are also provided. All you need to bring is clothing and food.
Unfurnished apartments are available on a one-year lease, however rates would be the same as for our furnished apartments as we would need to store the furniture.
Monthly Rates
Our month-to-month rate, including hydro and satellite television, is $750/month. With a six-month or longer lease agreement, where you pay your own hydro, the rate is $575/month.
Tenants describe their apartments as having a relaxed home atmosphere. "It's like living in a cabin and being on vacation all year long" reports one of our tenants. The two-bedroom apartments are suitable for working singles, couples, and families. We offer month-to-month tenancy agreements, or six or twelve month lease agreements.
There are a total of six very spacious (800 sq. ft.) self-contained private apartments and three townhomes for rent, most fully furnished for your comfort and enjoyment. All apartments and townhomes have their own private deck entrance. As owners we live on site and take an active part in keeping the buildings clean and in good repair.

Satellite television ($35/month). (On your own it would cost $90+/month.)

Parking
Please note that all apartments are non-smoking.
Pets
We do allow small pets in the apartments, provided they have been spayed or neutered. A no barking policy allows all our tenants to enjoy living here. A pet deposit equal to half a month's rent is required. There is a hiking trail from the parking area where you can walk your pet. Owners are responsible for picking up after their pets.
